Experienced Care You Can Trust
My journey into caregiving is rooted in a deep commitment to service and community. Over the years, I found my true calling in elder care, dedicating my career to providing the high-quality, compassionate care our seniors deserve.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with hands-on experience in our community hospital's long-term care unit, I have a deep understanding of what it takes to look after our vulnerable neighbors safely and with dignity. Living right here in Noxon, I saw a growing need for reliable, professional support for seniors who want to remain independent in their own homes. I founded Pine & River Home Care to bridge that gap as a dedicated local Sanders County CNA.
I bring a unique combination of clinical skill, professional integrity, and a deep love for the Clark Fork Valley to every home I enter. When I'm not caring for my neighbors, I enjoy the Montana outdoors—whether it's camping, fishing, or taking a scenic drive through our beautiful state. My mission is simple: to treat your family like my own, ensuring they stay safe, healthy, and happy right where they belong.
— Charles Barrus, Owner & CNA
